Continuing professional development

Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is the process of learning and developing your knowledge and skills while you work. This shows colleagues, clients, the public, and ABA Australia that you are committed to upholding conduct and competency within the field of behaviour analysis. CPD promotes a reflective approach to learning, which means we are all responsible for identifying the learning needs that are relevant to our scope of practice. As an ABA Australia Certified Behaviour Analyst, Certified Behaviour Analyst - Undergraduate, or Professional member you have made a commitment to model excellence in the workplace by continuing to develop your skills and knowledge and applying them at work. Your continuing professional development ensures that you and your knowledge stay relevant and up to date and opens you up to new possibilities, new knowledge and new skill areas. Please review our policy on continuing professional development for detailed information on how best to meet the CPD requirements for membership renewal. Please use the ABA Australia CPD Record template to submit your PDUs
