Notification - The submitting author will be notified of the outcome of their submission as noted in the dates above.

Scheduling Presentations - Persons with accepted workshop, presentation, or poster must participate at the time determined by ABA Australia. Persons with time constraints for religious reasons must include this information on the original submission form.

An invoice for the conference registration will be sent at the time of the acceptance email for all members.  Flash sale registration prices at your current level of membership will be provided to the presenting author only. Presenters not registered will not be included in the program and the abstract will be withdrawn.

Draft Program - A draft program will be posted to the website by 16 May 2025, the final program will be published to this website by mid June. Presenters agree to permit the conference organisers to publish the abstract in the conference program and other conference materials as required.
