Notice of 2024 Annual General Meeting

Notice is given that the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Members of the Association for Behaviour Analysis Australia (ABN: 24165099392) will be held on Friday, 26 July 2024 at 4:00pm (AEST)

We are pleased to invite you to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Association for Behaviour Analysis Australia Limited (ABA Australia). 

The Explanatory Memorandum which accompanies the Notice of the AGM meeting describes the various resolutions to be considered in the Meeting.

  2. Ordinary Resolution 2 - Re-Election of Michelle Furminger

    1. To consider, and if thought fit, pass the following as an ordinary resolution: “That Michelle Furminger, being eligible, is re-elected as a Director of the Company.”

  3. Ordinary Resolution 3 - Re-Election of Alex Brown
